About Service

  • Commissions are for personal/monetized use ONLY, commercial work please specify.

  • I keep the right of the artwork, but not the characters.

  • I may re upload a cropped/small resolution version of it for self promotion purposes, but not commercial in any way. 

    • This version will have a watermark claiming is a commission. 

    • If the commissioner fails with the personal usage, I , as the artist, have the right to do the same.

  •  If you want to keep it private (Me not showing it anywhere online) a 30% + fee will be added. 

  • Commissioner is allowed to post the commission online but not allowed to remove my watermark.

  • All personal commission will have my watermark/signature, if monetized,  credit is required.

  • Personal and monetized commissions will be in 150 DPI, since it's for digital purposes mainly.

    • Commercial commissions size will depend on the necessities of the commissioner, with a 300 DPI resolution.​

  • Fully unapproved compositions/poses may be re used for personal art or other commissions.

  • Character references  will be needed, character design will have a 50% + fee. 

    • Character design is when you don't have an actual picture of your character, but only the idea.

  • You are purchasing only  digital artwork.

  • Layered files and PSD are only for commercial commissions, upon request.

  • I have the right to decline any artwork.

  • IT'S FORBIDDEN TO RUN MY ART THROUGH ANY KIND OF AI

Payment

  • A quote invoice via paypal will be sent at the beginning of the process

  • If the quote is accepted I'll make it an invoice only pay with the invoice.

    • (You can pay without a paypal account, you only need a credit or debit card)

  • Half payment will be required to begin process .

  • Full payment will be requested after Sketch Phase.

  • In reference/motive/reason, please only put " Art commission"

  • Depending on schedule or complexity, drawing sometimes may take up to 3 weeks after payment has been completed.

  • In a rush? , check "other fees"

Revisions

  • During Rough Sketch Phase (Idea): You can change as much as you want. 

  • During Sketch Phase:  You are allowed up to 3 major changes (Angle of full pose change not allowed)

  • During Color Phase: You have up to 2 minor changes.

- If there is something that I missed, it won't count in your revisions.

- You can request a preview every 72 hrs in case I haven't show you anything.*​

*The only exception being Sunday (Eastern Time) since I'm not available.

 

I can change and accept more revisions but keep in mind that those would have a fee.
 

About Service
Gift works

  • You can commission for someone else as a gift

  • OC's or Avatars may have some restrictions, if I determine that is something the owner may not be happy with (R+18 stuff, embarrassing poses/scenes) I'll ask for a proof that the person is ok with their character being drawn in that way.

  • All the "about service" applies to them as well, please let the person you are giving the gift to know about the usage.

Other Fees *

  • Privacy commission (Me not showing it anywhere online): a 30%  fee will be added. ​

  • Character design: 50% + fee.

    • Character design is when you don't have an actual picture of your character, but only the idea.

  • Rush fees:

    • If I'm already working on your order and you need it in a specific time, a fee may be added.​

    • Emergency date?  (skip turns) , a minimum of $70 will be added depending on timeline.

  • NSFW art:

    • Nude version: + $20 (Halfbody) + $25 (Fullbody) (Along with the regular art)

    • Super ecchi or sexual acts: + $50

    • The price may increase depending on the fetish.

  • Furry art:

    • Furry characters will have a + $20 (Halfbody/Chibi) or + $30 (Full body) extra.

    • NSFW will have an extra $30  (for nude) or 100% fee if super ecchi or it involves sexual acts  this is because:

      • I take longer drawing furries​

      • I'm not that comfortable with furry porn, but if you really want it... well there is that fee.​​

    • The price may increase depending on the fetish.

  • ​

Refunds and Cancellations

  • There are no refunds in anyway

    • Only in case I'm unable to continue with your commission, I'll do it.

  • If you cancel the commission during Sketch Phase, your first payment won't be returned, but you will get your sketch only with my signature.

  • If you request a chargeback, you will have no right on the commission and I have the right to reuse and profit with it.

  • Please be sure you are completly ok with my style before ordering.

  • If the customer fails to keep contact (more than 3 days) , commission may be put back in line with no refunds (unless I didn't do anything at all)
